The fifth annual August Moon features wines from more than 20 winemakers from Northern California, Australia, Oregon and Hawai‘i, small plates from top restaurants and chefs, and Drawn Out, an innovative art sale gathering more than 20 artists to create art throughout the evening. All proceeds from August Moon support the museum’s art education programs.
The event is a special opportunity for wine enthusiasts. Every summer, Johnson Brothers of Hawaii selects a stellar lineup of winemakers that it represents for a tour to allow industry insiders a taste of their products. August Moon allows the general public in on the wine action.

A lineup of top Hawai‘i artists will be at August Moon, drawing live. Each piece is available for purchase as it is completed, offering budding collectors a unique opportunity to purchase one-of-a-kind works by their favorite artists. Each piece is 8.5” x 11” and costs $25.
