About Artists of Hawai‘i

Launched in 1950, this juried biannual exhibition highlights the talents of island artists.

This year marks the first time that artists are selected almost a year in advance, giving them a chance to develop a body of work for the exhibition. Until now, artists have submitted already completed works, with dozens of artists showing one or two pieces.
