About the Lecture:

This talk focuses on 10 museums that have recently been built or expanded. Jost will look at how architecture can help or hinder the mission of a museum.

Stephan Jost is the Director of the Honolulu Museum of Art. He previously helmed the Shelburne Museum in Vermont and the Mills College Art Museum in Oakland, California. His art specialties are the history of photography and contemporary art. He hates dull museums.
